How do I keep a Chipotle order small?

Say “light” and ask for a lid

Chipotle’s own High Protein builds use “light” rice and “half” beans, so the line knows what you mean. Ask for light rice or none, keep the full scoop of chicken, and ask for a lid. A bowl closes up neatly. The second half is tomorrow’s lunch.

What is the GLP-1 friendly bowl at Chipotle?

When Chipotle launched its High Protein Menu in December 2025, it called two items “GLP-1 friendly”: the High Protein–High Fiber Bowl (540 calories, 46 g protein) and the High Protein–Low Calorie Salad (470 calories, 36 g protein). Both are full meals. On a small-appetite day, ask for a lid and save half.

How much protein is in Chipotle chicken?

A 4 oz scoop of chicken is 180 calories and 32 g protein in Chipotle’s nutrition chart. The High Protein Cup is that same 4 oz of chicken, sold on its own.

Can adults order a Chipotle kids’ meal?

Some restaurants allow it, so ask. Chipotle publishes its kids’ meals as calorie ranges only, with no protein figure per meal, so they are not listed here. A single Adobo Chicken Taco is a small order with a published figure.

Where do these figures come from?

Every figure on this page was read from Chipotle’s own published nutrition information, for the portion named. Changing the order (a different sauce, bread or side) changes the numbers. These are food facts, not a target, and not advice about how much to eat.
